We provide Oxygen burner for the direct melting furnace. This Oxygen burner is designed by our engineers
who have know-how and own technology to operate the direct melting furnace. Not only the Oxygen burner
but we also provide the total control system to supply fuel and oxygen considering whole process.
We do consider the thermal decomposition and melting process of the direct melting furnace.
Prior to commercialize the Oxygen burner, the combustion tests were carried out using plot type.
In the combustion test, the stable and high performance is proved not only the fuel gas but also the A type heavy oil.
