1.Hydraulic unit/hydraulic piston

Single hydraulic piston supplies the disposal continuously.
By our original technique we can supply any kind of waste at suitable pressure.
We can set the pressure within the range of 40〜80kgf/cm2

2.Feeding hopper/rotary vane

Stable and continuous supply can be achieved with minimum equipment.
By spraying the waste water into the feeding hopper,we enable for more stable supply.
(The patent of this technology has already been applied)

STEP1 Keep the waste in the hopper on the rotary vane
STEP2 Rotary vane pre-compresses the waste into the cylinder. The waste is continuously supplied on the rotary vane.
STEP3 The hydraulic piston propels, compresses and pushes out the waste. The waste in the cylinder is pushed into the melting furnace

3.The pressure controlling system

By the taper water pouring system, it prevents any waste from the bridging in the cylinder and keeps the suitable pressure.

4.Surplus water drainpipe

The surplus water by the pressure and the waste water sprayed in the feeding hopper are flushed into the waste water treatment facility.
